What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your Tresorus account permanently removes:

  • your profile and personal information (email, nickname, postal code)
  • your progress in all trails
  • your earned badges
  • your souvenir photos
  • your push notification token

How to request deletion?

You can delete your account in two ways:

  • From the app : open your profile, then tap "Delete my account"
  • By email : send us an email at the address below, specifying the email address linked to your account

We'll process your request within a maximum of 30 days. Deletion also covers data stored with our technical subprocessors (Supabase, Cloudflare).

Request account deletion

This action is irreversible.

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You'll need to create a new account if you want to use Tresorus again.
